There are small splits on each of the feet and the inside of one leg. They have been widened along their back seams. They would look good on display, their trees could still be used but the boots themselves might be beyond much more use. They are made of black waxed leather with leather soles They have brown leather tops. The boots have four part wooden (probably beech) trees . Each
