Heart Tic-Tac-Toe Pin Hallmark 1989 Valentine's Day Lapel 1970s The front of the caseThis vintage Hallmark pin features a large white plastic heart with a tic tac toe design on the front. The pin has three hearts that used to light up and flash, but the light up feature no longer works. The pin is in good condition except for some scuffs and dirt on the back. The back slides off to reveal the battery compartment. The light up feature was originally powered by two 390 389 batteries, but did not light up when tested with new batteries.
