This small batch cider is made from Burre de Anjou pears, wild fermented on Pinot Noir pomace from our neighbours at Pamplemousse Jus Natural Winery in Summerland. It spent one month on the skins before aging in neutral oak for six, drawing colour, texture, and a gentle grip from the grape.
