Whittet Higgins NSHM-064 Shoelok Locknut Leak Detector A heat-stabilized polymer locking ringThe Whittet Higgins NSHM Series Shoelok is a metric, mechanically self locking bearing retaining nut machined entirely from hardened alloy. It threads onto a shaft or spindle and locks by means of three tangential socket head cap screws that, when torqued in a bolt circle pattern, press three internally threaded locking shoes radially inward against the shaft threads, providing uniform 360 degree clamping to the center of the shaft without damaging
