They cling to walls, sculptures and rocks, float on pools of water, or silently grow on garden pathways. Not everyone likes them, but to me they cue dark skies, wet earth and life. I designed these light, dramatic and graceful pair of earrings to evoke a lotus pond draped in algae. The tarnished look is deliberate and the
