Parasio Size:250g our chosen espresso blends areThis single origin comes from the Vides family who have grown coffee since 1958, when Dr. Jorge Vides established the first farm. The farms are now managed by the third generation of the Vides family. Paraiso is a washed lot processed with extended fermentation. Cherries ferment in bags for 36 hours before depulping, then rest a further 48 hours in tank, before washing, and 15 days of patio drying. Origin: La Libertad, Huehuetenango, Guatemala
