Crocus the Parrot Charmkins Charm with Hair Elastic Green This vintage Charmkins charm isThis vintage Charmkins charm is Crocus, she's a parrot hanging on a swing and there are purple crocus flowers on each side of the swing. She hangs from a white elastic hair band with a clip at the end. Crocus has a loop at the top of her head so she can hang from other jewelry hangers or in the Charmkins Jewelry Carry Case. Crocus is in good condition. The hair elastic is is also in good condition, but some of the paint is scraped off the metal clip.
