Ubuntu Year:2024 just tasteUbuntu from Domaine Lampyres is a characterful skin contact wine from Roussillon, made mostly from Grenache Gris with a small touch of Grenache Noir. The two varieties are harvested on the same day and fermented together as whole bunches for about a week, which gives the wine its light colour somewhere between ros and pale red, plus gentle grip on the palate. After pressing, the juice finishes fermentation and ages for around five months in sandstone
