The name came while tasting an early version next to a “Danger 380V” electric sign – a perfect match for the juice in the glass

with a gentle semi-carbonic maceration lasting about 20 days

and the wine undergoes 14 days of skin-contact fermentation in stainless steel tanks

so it keeps its original character

Work in progress Year:2024 Föld opens with citrus notesWork in Progress is a whole cluster red blending Merlot (60%) and Garnacha (40%) from calcareous clay vineyards in Cretas (Aragn), made just across the border in Arnes, Terra Alta. Certified organic. The Merlot was mostly whole cluster with a short three day maceration; the Garnacha was fully whole cluster with a one day soak.
