Alirio has worked to specialise and produce some adventurous coffee vartieties, such as pink bourbon, bourbon aji, caturra, sidra, chiroso, pacas, omblign, red bourbon, colombia amarillo, and caturrn varieties, laurina and wush wush. Bourbon aji is actually an Ethiopian Landrace variety however it was "first" discovered and produced near Bruselas, Huila. Origin: Huila, Colombia
