This grape relative is an interesting caudiciform with thick green leaves and vines

Expect the leaves to turn brown and fall off in the near future (you can see they are already yellowing)

The plant will regrow new leaves plus the broken leaves root very easily and form new plants if put in soil

This is a monstrose form of the species so it is much more branched than a normal plant and the stems stay smaller as well. The red spines fade with age, but new ones are being produced throughout the growing season. Easy to grow, just give normal succulent care of good light and careful watering. Protect from frost.
