It has a brand new battery just installed and keeps excellent time. The date feature, at 3, works correctly. The 2241 marked the end of the Accutron movement in the early 70s. This model is from circa 1973 as denoted by the case number N3. The tuning forks vibrated only to drive the index mechanism. The rate was controlled by quartz circuitry in the module on the left side
