It blends Chardonnay from very old vines in La Chenaillotte with ouill Savagnin from the limestone rich slopes of Le Cul du Bray, bringing together round fruit, mineral tension and a gently oxidative Jura character. The grapes are pressed together, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged on the lees in old 400 litre oak barrels. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered,
